Cleaning
A clean house,
with nobody at home.
Two honest tiers, priced by the size of the home. A verified inspector opens on your OTP, stays the entire time the crew works, photographs every room before and after, and sends you the condition report within the hour.
Coming back
Two years shut. One visit to put it right.
A deep clean is rarely about dust. It's about a door that hasn't opened in a long time, a trip that starts on Friday, and nobody on the ground to sort it out before you get there.
Why people book the deep clean
You haven’t opened that door in two years. You land on Friday.
A house nobody walks through doesn’t wait politely. It gets dusty, then greasy, then it starts hiding a leak. And the one thing you can’t do from another country is send someone in to fix it — every cleaning company in the city needs a person at home at 10 a.m. to let them in and check the work. So the booking never gets made, and the first day of a short trip goes to a bucket and a mop. That is the entire gap this closes: we are the person at the door, and you get the house and the truth about it in the same visit.
- A film of dust on every surface, and cobwebs in every ceiling corner
- Kitchen grease gone hard — the chimney filter and hob no longer wipe clean
- Bathroom grout yellowed, taps and shower heads scaled up, traps dried out
- Damp, a leak or a pest problem nobody was there to catch early
- And the smell you notice in the first three seconds at the door
- Your inspector opens on your OTP — no keys with a neighbour, nobody home
- The full 42-item inspection runs while the crew works, not instead of it
- The crew deep cleans room by room with the inspector on site the entire time
- Every room photographed from the same spot before they start and after they finish
- An exit walkthrough on video, GPS and time stamped, before the door is locked
- Before and after of every room, so you judge the clean yourself
- The condition report — leaks, damp, electricals, locks, water, gas
- Anything broken, photographed and quoted, with nothing touched until you say yes
- A health score you can compare against the next visit
- Approve a repair from wherever you are and it is done before you land

Refresh or deep
The difference, line by line.
A house that has simply been shut for four months needs dust removed, not grease. That is a genuinely cheaper job and we price it as one — so here is exactly where the two part ways.
How we clean
Room by room, in the order it has to be done.
Cleaning is mostly method and dwell time — which is why a rushed crew can never fake it, and why the photographs matter more than the promise. Here is the whole process, so you can check the work against it from anywhere.
Kitchen
The room that decides whether a clean was real. Everything here is oil, and oil only comes off with a degreaser and time.
- 1Stove & hob
Stovetop, knobs and burner pores scrubbed out so the flame burns blue and even again instead of orange and patchy.
- 2Chimneyadd-on ₹499
Exterior degreased, then the filter comes out, soaks in hot solution and is scrubbed until oil stops beading on the mesh.
- 3Fridgeadd-on ₹549
Exterior for grease and hand marks; inside, shelves and trays pulled out, food spills cleared and the odour taken out with it.
- 4Microwaveadd-on ₹249
Exterior grease off the door and panel; inside, food residue and burnt-on spots steamed and lifted, then deodorised.
- 5Cabinetsadd-on ₹599
Fronts, handles and shutter tops always. Add interiors and every shelf is emptied, wiped, lined and your utensils stacked back in order.
- 6Sink, slab & backsplash
Sink descaled back to the metal, granite slabs cut through, backsplash tile and the grout between it scrubbed by hand.
- 7Floor
Machine-scrubbed with degreaser, corners and the gap behind the fridge done by hand, mopped with disinfectant at the end.
Drag the handle. Every surface is shot from the same spot before the crew starts and after they finish, and both frames land in your report.
Each room photographed from the same spot before the crew starts and after they finish. You judge the work yourself instead of trusting a completion tick.
This is not a cleaner ticking boxes. Your inspector runs the 42-item checklist while the crew works — leaks, damp, electricals, locks, the lot.
Moving a sofa finds a damp patch; descaling a tap finds a slow leak. It goes into the report with a photo and a quote, and nothing is touched until you say yes.
The inspector films the whole house on the way out, GPS and time stamped, before the door is locked.
See the difference
Drag any of these.
Thirteen surfaces a deep clean has to get right, each shown from the same angle before and after. This is the standard the crew is measured against — and from your first visit these are replaced by photographs of your own rooms.
These are our own illustrations of what each surface looks like before and after — drawn so you can see the standard we work to before you book. From your visit onwards they are replaced by the real thing: your rooms, your surfaces, photographed from the same spot at the start and the end of the job, GPS and time stamped, in the report you get within the hour.
Scope
Everything in, everything out.
The second list is the one that tells you whether a company is being straight with you. Ours is on the same page as the price.
Every line below is in the deep clean at the price you picked. Nothing here carries an asterisk.
Said here rather than at your door.
- Removal of glue, paint stains, stickers or dried cement marks
- Terrace cleaning and anything needing a ladder past ten feet
- Wet wiping of walls and ceilings — paint won't take water, so these are dry-dusted
- Exterior glass on upper floors without balcony access — unsafe to reach, and nobody should try
- Dishwashing, laundry and sorting personal belongings
- Pest control, painting, polishing and any civil or plumbing repair
- Moving heavy furniture that needs more than two people
- Residential properties only, with no ongoing construction or renovation running.
- Leather and rexine sofas are wiped and conditioned, not shampooed — water damages them.
- Stains set into fabric, grout or stone may lighten rather than vanish. The before/after photo shows you exactly how far it went, and we never claim more than that.
Who actually does what
We don’t pretend to own a cleaning company. We own the part that’s missing.
Good cleaning crews already exist in this city. What doesn’t exist, for an owner who isn’t in the country, is somebody to let them in, stay while they work, tell you the truth about the result and carry the blame if it’s wrong. That is the whole job we do.
Book a clean- 1Who does the cleaning
A professional crew from a vetted cleaning company, booked and paid for by us on your date. You never deal with them, never pay them, and never chase them.
- 2Who opens the door
Your inspector. That is the part none of them can solve — every cleaning company needs somebody at home at 10 a.m., and from another country that person does not exist. Ours goes in on your OTP.
- 3Who checks the work
Also your inspector, on site for the whole job, photographing every room before the crew starts and after they finish. If a surface isn't done, it gets redone before anyone leaves.
- 4Who is accountable
We are. One number, one bill, one company to come back to. A missed skirting board is our problem to fix, not a support ticket you argue about from another timezone.
The list you would normally have to arrange
Every cleaning app needs a bucket, a ladder and you standing at the door.
Read the fine print on any of them: bring a bucket and water, provide a power point, arrange a ladder or a stool — and somebody has to be home to let the crew in and check the work afterwards. From another country, that person does not exist, so the booking never gets made.
We only need a working water supply and one power point. Your inspector checks both at the start of the visit and tells you before the crew begins — if the supply is dead, we reschedule and you pay nothing.
- 1Pick a date
Two or three days before you land is ideal, so anything broken can be fixed before you walk in.
- 2Share one OTP
The inspector's app only opens with it. No keys couriered, no spare set left with a neighbour, no code on WhatsApp.
- 3Read the report
It reaches you within the hour of the visit — before and after photos, the checklist, and anything that needs your yes.
That is the entire list. No keys couriered, no spare set with a neighbour, nobody taking a day off to supervise strangers in your house.
Book a cleanFrequently asked questions
A verified inspector walks a structured room-by-room checklist — entrance, living, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, electrical and utilities — marking each item Pass, Fail or Attention, with photos or short video attached to every item.
Book the clean before you land
Two or three days before you arrive is ideal — enough time for anything the inspector finds to be quoted, approved and repaired before you open the door.
