The verified provider's work — plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry — is on us, every time.
Taps, traps, switches, wiring, small motors, fittings — we pay the first ₹5,000 of parts on every incident. If parts come to ₹7,000, we pay ₹5,000 and you pay ₹2,000 at cost — only after you approve the quote. Labour stays fully on us.
Cover applies to repairs assigned by us, done during a visit with your inspector present. Outside bills aren't covered.
We'll still inspect it, quote it and fix it if you approve — it just isn't part of the ₹25,000.
Cover starts with your first inspection and resets every plan year. Every repair is quoted by a verified provider — quote + a flat 10% Still Yours fee, shown to you in full — and approved by you before any work starts. Repairs inside the cover carry no fee. Full terms are shared at sign-up.

Theft or damage caused during a visit is covered — for one-time visits and every plan. It's built so that can't happen quietly in the first place; the guarantee is for the rare case.
A verified inspector walks a structured room-by-room checklist — entrance, living, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, electrical and utilities — marking each item Pass, Fail or Attention, with photos or short video attached to every item.
